Big Air Trampolining:
Monday 8:00-9:00 pm
Big Air is a trampoline based class, where athletes will learn flipping, twisting, and air awareness. This class will cover the basics of trampoline safety, as well as progressions for all levels of flippers. Trampoline air awareness skills are beneficial for cheerleaders, skiers, tumblers, and more! From forward rolls to double back flips, this class will help athletes of all levels to improve their confidence and safety in the air.
Tuesday 8:00-9:00 pm
This class will cover the basics of tricking, including hook kicks, round kicks, cartwheels, gumbis and front/back flips. As students advance we will add twisting and variations on landings and take offs with each skill. This class will also teach athletes how to create combinations ("combos") of skills, and use the flow of their motion to transition between skills.
Wednesday 8:00-9:00 pm
GymFit is a gymnastics-based fitness class designed to keep your teen moving. This upbeat strength/cardio workout focuses on full-body fitness using body weight exercises. This class will use a full range of gymnastics equipment and drills to help teens of all levels engage with gymnastics in a fun and beneficial way!
Thursday 8:00-9:00 pm
This teen’s trampoline and tumbling class will work on the strength, basics, and shapes needed to improve tumbling at all levels. Athletes will use trampolines, air track, spring floor, and spotting belts to develop skills and drills for front and back handsprings, aerials, round offs, and more!
