Introductory Team

Competitive gymnastics can be

a BIG commitment! Our introductory

commitments of joining CATS higher level

team programs.

CATS Introductory team program includes Xcel Bronze, first-year Xcel Silver, and JO Level 3.

Introductory teams can be a good transition

for families moving into CATS higher team programs. 2-3 days/week practices help

expectations of competitive

gymnasts and their families!

Introductory teams DO NOT include SuperCamp

Compulsory Teams

3, 4 & 5, as well as second-year

Compulsory teams get 3-5 meets per

season. Compulsory athletes can

qualify to State with a
