Recreational Gymnastics Classes
Recreational gymnastics classes are for kids ages 5-13 who are interested in learning artistic gymnastics events - vault, bars, beam & floor - like you see in the Olympics! Coaches will introduce and develop fundamental gymnastics skills that athletes will need to progress their gymnastics careers.

Beginners – 1 class/week
Perfect for first-time students or those with little to no gymnastics experience. The age groups are broken into:
• Beginner Gymnastics – Ages 5–6
• Beginner Gymnastics – Ages 7–9
Intermediate – We recommend signing up for 2 classes/week
For athletes with some gymnastics experience, ready to build on their skills.
• Intermediate Gymnastics – Ages 7–9
Advanced – We recommend signing up for 2 classes/week
For experienced gymnasts or older kids looking to learn advanced skills and training at a higher level.
• Advanced Gymnastics – Ages 7 - 12

Saturday Open Workout: Ages 6+

Saturday Open Workout is a supervised, unstructured gym session where athletes ages 6+ can practice skills, build strength, and gain confidence outside of class. Not a structured class — just extra time to train and have fun. $15 drop-in or $135 for a 10-visit punch card.
Intermediate Gymnastics: Ages 7 - 12

Intermediate Gymnastics classes focus on developing more advanced gymnastics skills such as back hip circles, handsprings, and beam turns. We strongly encourage athletes to sign up for this class twice-a-week so they can also work on strength, flexibility, and technique to prepare for higher-level gymnastics or team programs.
Beginner Gymnastics: Ages 5 - 6

This class introduces gymnastics fundamentals such as basic shapes, forward and backward rolls, headstands, handstands, and more! Beginner Gymnastics classes are designed for young minds and will keep your kiddo moving, engaged, and learning across different apparatus.
Advanced Gymnastics: Ages 7 - 12

Advanced Gymnastics is for mastering challenging gymnastics skills like round-off back handsprings, beam handstands, and flips. This class emphasizes proper technique, safety, and consistency while helping gymnasts push their abilities to the next level.

Beginner Gymnastics builds a strong foundation in gymnastics skills like cartwheels, handstands, beam walks, pullovers, and basic bar positions. This class is perfect for kids who are new to gymnastics or want to strengthen their fundamentals in a supportive and fun environment.
