Open Workout
CATS Open Workout aims to provide a safe, inclusive space for all athletes to train in our unique environment! From toddlers to adults, CATS Open Workouts are available to movement enthusiasts!
*All open workouts are open play. Coaches are present to ensure safety, but will not lead or spot. Please, no outside speakers or other music equipment. There is no prorating for open workout, and all fees and punch cards are non-refundable. There are no refunds for non-attendance.
There are no free trials for open workouts, all athletes must enroll for a drop-in or with a punch card.
PUNCH CARDS DO NOT GUARANTEE A SPOT.

Wear a leotard or athletic attire.
NO METAL -- this includes jewelry, buttons, zippers, buckles, etc.
as they can damage our equipment.

What if I accidentally paid for a drop in but I have a punch card?

We do not offer open workout refunds, but paying for a drop in does not impact your punches! So you still have all your punches remaining to use for another open workout.
