Intermediate Gymnastics classes focus on developing more advanced gymnastics skills such as back hip circles, handsprings, and beam turns. We strongly encourage athletes to sign up for this class twice-a-week so they can also work on strength, flexibility, and technique to prepare for higher-level gymnastics or team programs.
