CATS POLICIES

OBSERVING CLASSES: If you are here to observe a class please do so from the waiting area provided upstairs. Absolutely no one is allowed in a class, on the floor, or on the climbing walls without a Waiver of Liability having first been signed on the behalf of the participant.

MAKE UP and LATE POLICY: If a student is more than 10 minutes late for class they will not be allowed to participate for safety reasons. If your child will be absent from class please call and let us know. A student is allowed to make up a missed class anytime during the quarter of the missed class.

Make ups are scheduled at the front desk in advance by calling in a request or speaking to the front desk staff in person. When scheduling a make up class the following is required: child's name (please spell last name), class date and time being made up, class day and time requested for make up. If you do not reach personnel when calling, please leave a message.

Calling and scheduling a make up class does not guarantee availability. If there is availability in the class your child will be allowed to participate based on where they fall on the make up wait list. If the class has full enrollment but there is a absence, the first person on wait list will be allowed to participate. Because of our 10 minute late policy, we will not know until 10 minutes after the hour whether your child can participate.

We ask that parents please wait in the parent area until 10 minutes after the hour. Please explain this policy to your child. Absences are not transferable from one quarter to the next. We encourage your child to be as consistent as possible to insure their safety and improvement.
